Owner John Rivers announced the opening of the chain's sixth Orlando area location and 12th location overall in a release sent out Tuesday.
“We are very excited to bring 4 Rivers to the Kissimmee community,” Rivers said in the release.
The fire gutted the $4 million home on Cunningham Road home on Jan. The state fire marshal has not determined the cause of the fire.

In the response, Chubb National contends the Deckers made "intentional material concealments and misrepresentations."The case will come to a head July 17 when a jury will hear the case in federal court.
The Central Florida-based barbecue chain 4Rivers Smokehouse (Facebook, Website), known for its long lines that often wrap around the building, will open its newest location in Kissimmee on Wednesday.
4Rivers Smokehouse has been named "Best Barbecue" by Florida Travel + Life and Orlando Magazine. According to the 4Rivers website, the barbecue restaurant will expand to Coral Springs in 2016 and Atlanta in 2017.
Rivers also owns and operates The COOP, the fast-casual, Southern-inspired eatery with a focus on fried chicken, which opened in Winter Park in 2014.
